I will look it up but I’m not sure she will like it. I never tried pineapple. My favorite is orange on steak.

There are some low-fat ice cream recipes but the texture is very weird. I’ve used pineapple on chicken and beef. Do you have a favorite meat/fruit combo?

No, she is on a diet. So I been trying to eat more healthy to encourage her to stick with a her diet. I guess meat is a guy thing. I like to experiment with fruit on the meat. Brings out a nice flavor.

Hi Deneil, has your girlfriend made the ice cream yet? My husband is the meat cooker here He also likes to experiment with different spices. However I do the baking and dessert-type things. Works out ok that way!
